CARCADDY Car Pusher
The CarCaddy® Car Pusher is a battery powered, electric car pusher for pushing stalled vehicles that generally have pneumatic tires, like cars, trucks, campers, buses, and machinery, and don't need to be steered by the CarCaddy® Battery Powered Car Pusher itself. Many manufactures of the named items use CarCaddy® Electric Car Pushers to push the units short distances down a production line from station to station. A CarCaddy® vehicle pusher also has plenty of power to push stalled vehicles at service centers and along highways.

The primary benefit of using the CarCaddy® Motorized Car Pusher is to prevent the strains and pains associated with pushing stalled cars, buses, and heavy trucks. These strains and pains result from overextending the body when manually pushing cars from the parking lot into a service center garage, or pushing a stalled vehicle from the centerline of the highway to the shoulder. When CarCaddy® Bus Pushers are used for these routine tasks, pains and strains are minimized, which reduces workman's compensation and insurance claims. According to OSHA's recently released ergonomics standard proposal, work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSD's), such as tendonitis low back pain, account for $20 billion in workers compensation costs each year and 34% of all lost workday injuries.

AND increase productivity by making it an EASY one person job. Many auto &
truck manufacturers (Honda, Ford, Mitsubishi, GM, Lexus, International,
Freightliner, and others), dealers, repair shops, and city municapities use
this SAME unit and are VERY pleased with it. Its a 36 volt unit that weighs
700 lbs. and provides over 8 hours of continuous run time!!
pains from PUSHING and PULLING stalled vehicles. Roughly 90% of the time
they will be pushing the vehicle into the shop, but the other 10% they will
need to PULL them out from a parking spot. We have added a 1" thick steel
plate to the bottom of our CarCaddy so it has plenty of traction to PULL a
vehicle from its parking spot. The features that are a "Must Have" when
looking at any type of car PUSHER and PULLER are:
1) 700 lbs total weight- this will give you the traction needed to pull the
car from its parking spot because you can't get behind it to push.
2) 36 volt system - 3 12 volt batteries. Extended run times for when the
operators forget to plug it in. Also helps in adding extra weight.
3) Variable speed twist grips. Helps to accelerate the moving of the car
slowly in icy and snowy conditions, thus the wheels of the CarCaddy dont
slip.
4) Soft, non-marking push pad for plastic fenders and a push pad that
adjusts to the contour of your cars bumpers. This is a must have with any
pusher.
