Tire Bead Loosening and Mounting Made Fast, Easy

The Hunter TC2450HD Tire Changer features two bead loosening arms that can be operated independently for fast and efficient service on heavy-duty tires and wheels. Each arm has two bead rollers: one conical, which loosens the bead, and one cylindrical, which pushes the shoulder of the tire. All bead rollers are made of a polymer material which will not damage rims.

The forward arm also facilitates tire mounting and positions the patented bead lock tool to guide the tire around the circumference of the rim to eliminate mounting damage and reduce stress on the tire bead. Easily changes even super-single and wide base wheels with safety hump

The TC2450HD Tire Changer Controller Arm features a wide range of movement for the convenience of the operator.

All operations are hydraulically controlled from a convenient, ergonomically positioned console which allows both right- and left-handed operators to work with an upright posture. Intuitive controls are easy to use - even for first-time operators.

Bead rollers are positioned on opposite sides of the wheel for fast and easy tire dismount.

The hydraulic clamping chuck firmly holds wheels in place and acts as a wheel lift, easily raising wheels to service height with the touch of a button. Chuck rotates and is tilted in an ergonomic position. The specially-designed clamping jaws are fitted with a step device to allow them to adapt to most wheels

The TC2450HD easily services aluminum wheels without damage to rims.
