Configurations:
Each column is mobile and can be easily positioned on the vehicle wheels for the lifting operation. It can be used both in automotive and heavy-duty repair shops. The diverse accessories allow the operator to use the MCL's for various lifting needs. The columns can be operated in pair mode and as a set of four or six, expandable to even eight.

MCL 16-2 - set of 2 columns, capable of lifting 32,000 lbs
MCL 16-4 - set of 4 columns, capable of lifting 64,000 lbs
MCL 16-6 - set of 6 columns, capable of lifting 96,000 lbs

Identical interconnecting cables with quick-disconnect plugs on each end make the setup quick and easy. A portable control box allows independent operation of the smaller sets. MAHA columns are identical, allowing them to be positioned in any order. An additional cable to form a complete loop is not required!

Safety:
MAHA mobile lifts offer unparalleled safety. They are ALI certified, but are built to an even higher standard. They have redundant safety systems to protect critical functions. These backup systems, which are not required for certification, are guaranteeing MAHA users additional safety features in operation.

Load Control
Primary System
Raised vehicles are held in place by heavy duty industrial brakes that set automatically when power is released.

Redundant System
Wedge locks prevent the lifts from lowering in the unlikely event of a primary system failure. The locks are independent of the lifting mechanism and engage directly with the columns. Their stand-by role keeps them in like-new condition throughout the life of the lift.

Synchronization
Primary System
Vehicles remain level during lifting and lowering due to the uniform speed of the column's mechanical drives.

Redundant System
Electronic controls monitor the lifts and make minor corrections if an out-of-level condition should occur. If level cannot be restored, the lift system shuts down.

MAHA Mobile Column Lifts are designed to be safe when they make their first lift as when they make their last!

Advantages:

  • Easier under vehicle access for inspections and repairs
  • Natural lighting provided by raised vehicle
  • More comfortable and productive work environment for the technician
  • Utilize more shop space with movable columns that allow work in or outside
        on a suitable concrete surface
  • Less cost of work compensation and health insurance
  • Less absenteeism

    Return on investment:

Independent studies have shown that an investment for a set of MAHA Mobile Column Lifts can be recovered already after 120 days, if the lifts are used by four technicians, 40 hours a week. After that the additional revenue generated per year would be around $ 55,000.
