The strain associated with lifting and positioning a heavy wheel and tire on to a balancer, tire changer or vehicle hub exposes employees to unnecessary risk of injury.

Unlike most ergonomic tools, the Wheelfloat™ wheel dolly will not only reduce the risk of injury during the fastening process but may also reduce cycle time by allowing accurate positioning of the wheel first time, every time.

The Patented gas traction “X” frame, stores downward force exerted by the operator and converts it to an upward lifting force .

When the gas spring is released using one of the two release handles, the stored energy in the wheel dolly takes the strain of lifting away from the operator.

Wheelfloat™ is the only wheel dolly specifically designed for the Light Truck and Passenger Vehicle market segment and is designed to accommodate most single and dual wheels up to 130lbs in weight and 36” in diameter.

Humping old tires all day can wear a guy out. But the Wheelfloat can make tire maintenance jobs easier than ever; it’ll handle singles or dual tires with a weight of up to 130 pounds.
